This was started in 2015 by our honourable Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi ji to make people realise about the importance of yoga has many benefits.
It improves brain function and concentration of a person. It helps in getting relief from stress related problems.
This day is celebrated by organising various yoga camps competitions and so many activities to make people aware about its benefits. Yoga positively changes the lifestyle of a person and also the level of well being.
