Rivers of India
The earth has life because the earth has water. Water is saved in river, lake and sea. But in India Rivers are polluted and crossed the mark of trouble.
Three important river systems of the north like Indus, Ganga and Brahmaputra are suffering from pollution.
Fresh water is only 2.7 percent out of total water available in nature. The surviving 97.3 percent is saline water. Out of the freshwater (2.7%), 0.003 percent water exists in rivers.
Let’s make them clean, clear and start the mission by harvesting the rain. Government too, can take strict action. By the prime minister of India Shri Rajiv Gandhi an action launch. In this action plan Ganga River is made clean and clear.
